Brief Bio.

Dr.Yang Cong received his Bachelor degree in Automation from Northeastern University, China, in 2000. He completed Foundation Course of Graduate at the Unversity of Science and Technology of China in 2005, and then in 2009, received his Doctor degree in Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligent from Shenyang Institute of Automation,Chinese Academy of Science. From July 2009 till May 2011, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Social Robot Lab, National University of Singapore. In June 2011,he joined State Key Laboratory of Robotics, Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS). During 2014, as a visiting scholar he worked in the Department of Computer Science, University of Rochester. Currently he is a professor in Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. IEEE senior member.
